Mageia 10 RC 1 Released

Mageia 10 RC 1 released. Got over at DistroWatch. Installed and running smooth in a UTM VM so far. I did a fresh install/new VM with same 16GB RAM and 8 cores I give all of my VMs. Don't know if there is an upgrade feature or not. File size is a little smaller than the beta.
