libimobile device update to 1.40

Currently Mageia 9 uses libimobiledevice 1.30.
I recently found iDecscriptor (https://github.com/iDescriptor/iDescriptor?tab=readme-ov-file) which can run as an AppImage and does a great job linking to an iPhone. Better than anything currently available on Mageia now. However it requires libimobiledevice 1.40.
It would be great if Mageia could update to 1.40 so this program could be available to the community.
