6.5.13-desktop-2.mga9, x86_64: installed, is unfortunately not in status 'built'. I don't know how a 'build' can be provoked

Where do you see that it is not built?

dkms say nvidia module is installed:

To see if the proprietary drive is in use, and much details, launch nvidia-settings (part of the nvidia-current-utils package)
