Plasma /kde menus have strunk

Hello,
My kde /plasma have shrunk to small size.
Mate is ok.
They all say the same thing.
Can they all be reset?

Probably mean you set the display to a very high resolution. You dont give very much information.

Try System Settings -> Display and Monitor - > Resolution

But really, you cant get help witout better information.

Per your title: Is it only the menus that have become small?
You mean small text, small icons?

It would help if you could attach a screenshot of the menu. Simply press the printscreen button to run spectacle to get a screenshot of your menu, and then attach it here.
