Update Mageia 7 insert media?

I have installed Mageia 7 64 Plasma from USB, and initially it updated fine, but now it has an update I cannot install, since it keeps asking me to 'insert media'. i think it has something to do with repositories.

How do i go about this?

You would need to disable the local media pointing to your USB stick or to repositories that have been copied on disk and only leave the online repositories enabled.
