I dont see knutclient rpm in M7 repo. Is the any equivalent for one in M7? Or I have to compile it from source?
I use knutclient to check status of UPS connected to QNAP NAS with nut server running on it.

knutclient has been obsoleted shortly after Mageia 6 has been released. You should still be able to rebuild it for mga7.

For alternatives, the nut package itself also includes a client to check the status AFAICT, why not use that directly?

Yes, I can check UPS status using "nut" package but in text form. I mean about graphic client with icon located in system bar.

Look nice. But I install rpm taken from M5 repo and - unexpectedly - IT WORKS !
