[SOLVED]dark background in okular?

hello
reading white pages hurt my eyes.
is there a mean to read .pdf with a dark background?

the tip to invert colors in okular is really a lesser evil.
how comes people making a tool to help you read images/texts don't make a tool to help you read images/texts.
does not compute.

Meta+Ctrl+U does as well.
That is, if you have KDE-desktop-effects (Invert in this case) enabled.
