[RESOLVED] Mageia 6 sta and Kaffeine

Kaffeine will execute from the Plasma menu and from a terminal but NOT from a desktop icon.

What do you see if you in the desktop icon enable "Run in terminal"
Right click icon -> properties -> Program -> Advanced

And if you make a new desktop launch icon manually?

The desktop icon already has 'run in terminal' enabled.
It was created manually.

When the icon is double-clicked, two things happen:
A message box appears whose title bar reads 'Sorry - Plasma', with the message ' KDEinit could not launch 'Konsole',
followed by konsole itself displayng:

Warning: Could not find 'Ksystraycmd', starting /bin/bash instead.
Please check your profile settings
/usr/bin/kaffeine: /usr/bin/kaffeine: cannot execute binary file.

However, if I launch konsole from my panel icon and enter: /usr/bin/kaffeine, kaffeine comes up!

That is weird in at least two ways.
For reference i now installed kaffeine on this 64 bit cauldron, and made the simplest possible launch icon; the only thing i did to it was write "kaffeine" in the program field, and it works. Here is the content of that start icon if opened in text editor:
