Hi,
I am using mageia 5, and when i was doing automatic update, a conflict came up, it describes

1 installation transactions failed

There was a problem during the installation:

libreoffice-core < 4.4.7.2 conflicts with libreoffice-pyuno-4.4.7.2-3.mga5.x86_64


So what is the problem?

Hmmm, configured repos look fine. Could be a mirror problem though, or you had backports or testing repos enabled at some point. The updated packages are present since quite some time, and so far nobody else reported such an issue, to the best of my knowledge ... See https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=18826 for the update request.

Can you please show the output as root of

This is your problem, seems some previous update was interrupted mid-transaction, you have several packages installed with the same name in parallel, which is technically not possible with rpm.
You would need to remove the duplicates and then try your update again. This should work, if your rpm database is still working:
