windows + mageia 5

Hello,

I need to install windows 10 with Mageia 5 ( dual boot )

on ASUS H110M-A with 6th gen. i3.

Any issues ?

Still not getting the media screen with Mageia 5 UEFI on top

I am installing using a DVD

Sorry in hurry I think forgot some details :

Windows 10 installed is 64bit.

And attempting to install 32 bit Mageia 5 via DVD

I found this link very helpful to disable secure boot on asus board

with windows-7 / 32bit installed I was able to

get mageia-5/64bit DVD to start in UEFI mode.

The only new thing was that it asked me
create a EFI/boot 32bit partition. During
disk partitioing

The installation went smoothly.

When I rebooted there was no dual boot grub screen.

It straight booted into windows.

Any idea what went wrong ?

Can anybody HELP ?

Your windows 7 was installed in non-UEFI mode as it's 32bit ? It's a bad idea to mix up UEFI and MBR-style legacy installations ...
