[SOLVED] journalctl stopped working

Hello,
I have updated the system to Mageia 5 all has seemed to be fine, but the journalctl has stopped working.
It has been stopped since Jun06.
Today is the 2 Jul. Does it need to be cleared out?
It is fixed now. I found the answer on the archlinux forum

Showed a few errors and the files were huge so I deleted all the files in that directory.
