You should show the output as root, hence you got permission denied on the file /etc/polkit-1/rules.d/51-draksec.rules

And the "org.gnome.SessionManager" error message is because it's not running.

Yep, shouldn't be an issue.

case 'drakrpm': return polkit.Result.YES;
case 'drakconf': return polkit.Result.YES;
case 'drakrpm-update': return polkit.Result.YES;
case 'drakrpm-editmedia': return polkit.Result.YES;

This means that those 4 tools will not require any password.
