[SOLVED]how do you add network applet to taskbar

Hello, had an issue with my panel on KDE so I created a new panel but I cannot find the network applet to display on the panel. How do you display the network applet on the panel?

edit: After re-booting the net_applet appeared once again on the panel

Which network applet? network management plasmoid or default Mageia net_applet?
Former has to be added like every other plasmoid anywhere on the panel, alternative would be to right click on system tray -> settings -> enable network management.
Latter is displayed in systray, so you only have to start it and ensure that system tray settings show the net_applet entry. right click on system tray -> settings -> entries and check that net_applet is set to automatic or always visible.
