How can i setup a wifi-hotspot for my phone to connect? High speed connected via Eth0
I have seen walkthough's for Ubuntu but i want my Mageia laptop to be able to do this.

You should check for a guide to setup hostapd.
There's an existing thread viewtopic.php?f=8&t=5370 but that only covers further configuration.
