I have installed the mesa and mesa-demos.
I have an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5650 and the system Mageia 3.

You should use the Mageia packaged version of the ATI drivers instead.

Thank you for your response. I uninstalled the drivers manually, and then the graphics configuration MCC installed the fglrx drivers automatically. But I think it is still something missing. As with most configurations (with or without Xinerama), the MCC system will not load, luckily I left the old xorg.conf configuration, and each time replacing Windows with broken xorg.conf. Finally somehow I got to the point where glxgears works but glxinfo and fglrxinfo returns segfault:

If I remember correctly, some rummaging in the MCC, because in some cases the system has not started and it was impossible to change the level of the Alt + (f1. .. f6), appeared in only a black screen. The system started only when the Windows've turned a new xorg.conf the old (*) the different configurations of MCC, I tried to choose Xorg -> ati and Vendor -> ATI -> Radeon HD .... The difference was that one had the same problem as in the first post and at other times glxgears work and at the moment this was, but I do not remember that glxgears works when you select Xorg or Vendor.

You should not use the driver directly from ATI, use the one from the repositories: https://wiki.mageia.org/en/Setup_the_graphical_server
So please uninstall it and proceed as described on the wiki page.
