I want to know is there any theme that looks like mac theme in mageia3.
I like mac theme so I want to use the same theme in mageia3.it is available or not?

Theme for what exactly? bootsplash, login screen/splash, desktop theme, icons, wallpapers ...
There's no single theme available, you need to put it together yourself. For the popular desktops there should be similar themes available.

the default theme is kde that is looks like windows theme but i want mac theme please any help?

At the bottom that looks like cairo-dock, but apart from that I don't see any similarities with MacOS ...

For KDE you should have a look at http://kde-look.org - there are some Mac-like themes available,
windows decorations, splash screens, sound packs, wallpapers, icons etc ...
