Configure languages in KDE

Hello everyone,
Today I install Maderia for test(i don't work with Linux system more than 3 years), it's look nice but i faced with problem, i couldn't configure language list. First of all i try configure using KDE, but when i open "System Settings"->“Common Appearance and Behavior”-> “Locale”->"Country/Region & Language” and i see only two languages and don't see any possibilities for add other languages.
Could you help me with this issue?

You need to add the relevant KDE localisation package, called kde-l10n-XX.
It will install the relevant translations and localised help files, and pull required locales- packages if necessary.
Afterwards you can select this localisation in systemsettings.

doktor5000, thanks for help, this solve my problem.
after solving i faced with other problem related with Korean language, when i switch to Korean keyboard by default i use English, in windows for switching to Hangul i need need press button "한/영", i try this in Mageia but it is don't work. i try both Korean keyboard type that proposed system but have same result.

Sorry, but i don't really get what the problem is. You can't switch to the proper keyboard layout, or the right keyboard layout isn't offered at all?
Or do you maybe need some other sort of input method, like scim or ibus?
