[SOLVED] many empty /var/tmp systemd-private folders

Postby mackowiakp » Jun 2nd, '13, 10:54

I noticed that /var/tmp dir consist a lot of files like:
/var/tmp/systemd-private-xxxxxx

Can I remove such files safely for example during startup of system?

Those are folders, not files. And it should be safe to remove those that are older then 30 days.
Apart from that i don't get what you want to achieve, removing those empty folders doesn't gain anything ...
