Language doesn't change on my desktop

Language doesn't change on my desktop

Hi,everyone.
i've installed my system from livecd and i wanted put my desktop in spanish, so i've installed locales-es and
- aspell-0.60.6.1-2.mga2.x86_64
- aspell-es-1.11.2-2.mga2.x86_64
- firefox-es_AR-17.0.5-1.mga2.noarch
- firefox-es_ES-17.0.5-1.mga2.noarch
- hunspell-es-0.20081215.1-7.mga2.noarch
- kde-l10n-es-4.8.5-1.1.mga2.noarch
- kde-l10n-handbooks-es-4.8.5-1.1.mga2.noarch
- libreoffice-core-3.5.7.2-0.1.mga2.x86_64
- libreoffice-java-common-3.5.7.2-0.1.mga2.x86_64
- libreoffice-langpack-es-3.5.7.2-0.1.mga2.x86_64
- libreoffice-ure-3.5.7.2-0.1.mga2.x86_64
- libreoffice-writer-3.5.7.2-0.1.mga2.x86_64
- locales-es-2.14.1-3.mga2.x86_64
- man-pages-es-1.55-6.mga1.noarch

Now all programs are in spanish but not kde and yes i've cheked the language in systemsettings and if I select spanish, kde loose al format configuration (decimal separator, time, money, etc)
Anyone can help me with my problem?

ok, I've found the solution.
I've disabled de system security in Control Center.
