[SOLVED] How do I install my printer?

Greetings.
I have just installed Mageia 2, and am having trouble installing my HP LaserJet 5L printer.
I used to use Mandriva several years ago, and it just detected it and installed it.
This time, I switched the printer on. In the Control Centre, I selected Configure Printing and Scanning. It said "There are no printers configured yet" and had a button to add one. I selected this. A dialogue came up SELECT DEVICE, and gave me two options: either "Enter URI" or "Network Printer". That's where I get lost. Mine is a local printer, and I have no idea what a URI is or how to find it.
What do I do, please?

Did you notice the little twirling wheel in the bottom-left of the dialogue and did you wait for it to stop (it takes a while).

No. I didn't notice it, but, on reading your post, I've done it again, and there it was.
Sorry, Mageia, I was impatient.
Thanks for your help, Martin. No doubt I'll need more later, but I know to look around now.

I used to use Manfriva (up to 2009) and loved it. I look forward to Mageia.
