Mageia 3 what kernel have? I see goo news about 3.4 kernel because of power management : http://www.h-online.com/open/features/W ... 75313.html

Excellent performance systemd - run my PC Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU E5300 @ 2.60GHz (Linux localhost.localdomain 3.6.5-desktop-1.mga3 #1 SMP Wed Oct 31 19:27:04 UTC 2012 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux) in 6 seconds!!!

I confirm the advantages of Mageia 3 - the only Linux distribution installs nvidia drivers and network on my PC Right on target - (most recently on Linux localhost 3.7.1-server-1.mga3 # 1 SMP Mon Dec 18 8:25:25 UTC 2012 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU / Linux - i7core gtx660) - :D
