Comix Application and RAR application

I installed the Comix application from the Mageia Control Center but when I tried to open some of the *.cbr files it said that I needed a RAR or UNRAR application.

I tried to find something that would work and I was able to find that file-roller supports *.rar files as well as *.cbz files, but not the *.cbr files. Any suggestions as to a solution?

Try installing the unrar package from the 'Non Free' repository.

The Non-Free repository is disabled by default. It needs to be enabled in MageiaControlCentre>Software>MediaSources
