In diskdrake select Expert Mode, Unmount the partition and then select 'Options'
Set the 'noauto' option to prevent it mounting automatically.
Set the 'user' option to allow non root users to mount it.
Then 'Done' to write the fstab entry.
I think it also depends on the type of file system on the partition. I do not think NTFS will work as non root, and if the partition is vfat you will also need to set umask=0
