This is one of those occurrences where I would rather see the text in writing. Although I communicated a lot with US/British people within the last 40 years, I have extreme problems understanding Matthew Garrett in this video. But from the few sentences I understood I would be very interested to read the complete speech.
I searched the event's website but did not find any link to a transcript or similar of the presentation.
