Install issues Mageia 9

I am having issues installing. I have tried the normal iso install as well as the live install. The problem I am having is when I select erase drive and install I get an error, that I don't have ESP EFI fat boot partition. I have a clean SSD drive and I am booting in Legacy mode. Can someone please let me know how to get around this. Thanks in advance.

please post a photo of the install media boot menu.

also, from the Live system,
output of : inxi -Fxxxz
