Could you at least add some context information please? How did you install dnf, and what was the exact command you ran, as what user ?

i haven't install is simply present in the mageia 7.x .

all command with dnf , like
#dnf list

but it probabillly depends from some thing that i have done for installing odoo11 modules; because in another pc , dnf keep on work .

if some one know like solve it , anyway i can use urpm .

ok, is my guilt , i have removed some file form python3.7 dir .
i have restored them and all work fine
