Postby nigelc » Aug 27th, '19, 04:53

HEllo,
I have instated Magea 7, but I cannot add the digital keys.
When I go into Manage Keys for digital signatures of packages and click OK it just goes away.

Thanks your help
Nigel

What signature are you trying to install? Those that show up in your screenshot are already installed.
If this is about chrome, have a look at viewtopic.php?f=36&t=2053

One extra step is needed: associating the key with the Google repository.

  • From the Software Management window, go to Options menu -> Media Manager.
  • From the Configure Media window, go Options menu -> Manage keys.
  • Scroll down to sellect the chrome_* medium, and click the Add button.
  • Select the Google signing key 7fac5991, click OK.

More on that can be found at http://www.google.com/linuxrepositories/
