Lost Amarok

Postby andrewholmes » Apr 28th, '19, 14:30

Some time recently, an update came down and somehow, Amarok has been removed from my main machine.

When I try to re-install it, I am getting a prompt for either Estoian or Asturian language co-installation, which causes a slew of error messages. Yet neither of these languages was ever installed here.

Is there any way to re-install Amarok without this little "issue"?

Andrew (in South Korea). :)

latest amarok available to me is:
amarok 2.8.90 6.mga6 i586 .

does not want to install any language packs, so, I am guessing you may need to try a different mirror

You should at least post the output of
Code: Select all
rpm -qa|grep -iE "amarok|locales"|sort

and
Code: Select all
urpmq --list-media active --list-url
urpmi --debug amarok
