Outlook sign in problem

For several months, none of my 4 (tried them all!) installed web browsers is able to log in to this account. They all work fine with other web mail services. Also, Thunderbird works well, mobile or Windows too. As I see, it refers to some proxy setting, but I do not know to change them, either globally, or in a browser individually. Thanks in advance.

Log in to what account in particular, and where? And what web browsers did you try in particular?

Sorry, I was not clear enough. Try to log in to my hotmail account, that is still active and used as a main one. I connect from my home, from Mageia 5 KDE 32 bit. I tried almost all browsers available to install, except Konqueror. That means Firefox, Chromium, Midori, and even old version of Opera (12.xx, that worked well till this problem appeared). I need to notice that all other mail services work fine, I tried and some of my friends' Gmail, Yahoo, Yandex and some locals too, and everything could open sign in page easily, and you could go further. But, only Outlook.com can not even be opened, not to mention sign in option. Error message like "server not found" or similar. As I remember, there were some incompatibilities between MSN and AMSN before, because Windows was changing some protocols very often, and guys from AMSN were trying to reach them as much as they could. Is this any kind of similar problem? My Mageia is updated, this is not a case in Windows or Android phone, and I am waiting to check out some live distros soon. Hope this was helpful.

P.S. Just to add, it works in Thunderbird (on Mageia ofc, ), but I find it complicated to jump from one application to another. Also, after removing outdated Opera and Midori, I could go one step further, enter email, click next and enter password, but then "server not found" appeard. So, what next to remove in order to open the page?

Sorry but your description is confusing - and what does this have to do with MSN/AMSN?

So what you're trying to tell is you have issues signing in to https://outlook.live.com using your Microsoft Live account? Did you already clear the cache, cookies and active logins in your browser? Also, which firefox, chromium and midora version do you use? Do you use any plugins like adblockers, noscript/ghostery extensions or similar?

Can you directly login to https://account.microsoft.com or https://login.live.com ? And please describe the exact steps and error message(s) you receive.
"server not found" sounds more like a DNS issue or some other network issue on your side.

Ok, step by step:
I mentioned AMSN because Windows frequently changed some protocols that chat programs other than their MSN were unable to follow. Did they maybe do the same with logging to their accounts from other operating systems?
Firefox is 45.5.0 and Chromium is the latest version too, 54.0.284.100, and all cache, cookies and history are cleared, and no blockers or noscripts are installed atm. I used them before, and know what to allow, btw, but not using now.
I have Virtual Box installed, and not even guest OS (Win XP) can log in.
As I said, Thunderbird works just fine with Outlook. I could log in to https:://accounts.microsoft.com, but after clicking on "view inbox", a message "this site can't be reached...server DNS could not be found" appears. Thats all for now, and a small leap in soving this problem I hope. But what to do with DNS?

P.S.
In last passage (after Thunderbird), I mean I can log in from web browser, as it should be, and afterbthat that error message is displayed.

The problem is with Microsoft as it seems, many eople complaining. But for me it works from Win 7, but dont like tomuse it.
