when i work with kile at thw phase of compile i have a message that the programme cant find iso-5589-7
also i cant see greek subtitles

What does kile and compiling have to do with greek subtitles?
As a general hint and golden rule: Please only one problem per thread ;)

And please show the output from the following commands:

Personaly i have never done something specific to have Greek localisation. The package locales-el is sufficient.
Whati is the test case to check ?

yes, there is locales-el. i open a .tex archive and try to compile in kile. In the babel there are the messages i wrote
