Flash Player not engaging

XFCE
AMD 2800+ @ 2.333GHZ
3G Mem
32 Bit
nVidia 5200
Soundblaster Live
Video and Audio not working with flash.
You Tube , Facebook, Pandora, Spotify, none of it works.
I tried a "Windows" and UNinstalled Flash and Firefox, then rebooted, REinstalled Flash and Firefox, and rebooted and NOTHING STILL
So I tried Chromium, No luck there either
Yes, I did use Magia software Manegement
I'm out of ideas
Anybody have any ideas?

Run Firefox or Chromium from the command line so that errors will be reported and please post those errors.
