Plasma5 DPMS question

I've just installed the new Plasma 5 desktop + KF5 with task-plasma5-minimal without too much trouble. The System Settings are currently missing a few things, most notably for me Power Management (or whatever it's called): is it because it still has to be ported? If so, is there another way to change the default DPMS settings, which make my screen turn off after 10 minutes of inactivity?

Yes it's currently incomplete. You can easily change dpms settings manually via xset.
