Do you have an old Pentium CPU?

If so then you need an old version of flash

I do not have an old Pentium. Look at my signature. As per the link you found, you have some choices to make and that is up to you.

Okay, and did you take a look at the two suggested links? The MAQeia also should tell you which information to post here in case you still don't get it working.

hello again yes ive gone thru the links provided . But its all greek too me , ive tried the codes urpmi stuff that doeant work i get urpmi command not found error and ive read all the inf o in other links and i still dont understand what im supposed too do . i have tried too dl from MCC again , it looks like i have flash player plugin for browsers installed but when i try too install flash player plugin -kde i get this error " Sorry, the following package cannot be selected:

- flash-player-plugin-kde-11.2.202.297-1.mga3.nonfree.x86_64 (due to unsatisfied libkutils.so.4()(64bit)) "

so i have no idea if im on the right track . this sucks because i had it working before on a earlier install of this same release on this same machine

As root, please do the following:
Code: Select all
urpme flash-player-plugin && urpmi flash-player-plugin

and post the complete output here.

Apart from that, your repos seem strange. You're missing Tainted Release, Core 32bit Release and Nonfree 32bit Release, you should add those.
Tainted 32bit Updates is quite useless, you should remove that. How did you add those repos and/or why did you change the default setup.
You should definitely read https://wiki.mageia.org/en/Software_management

So the installation of the plugin was successful.

Please post your list of plugins in firefox, as described in the MAQeia for flash,
and don't forget to restart firefox after you installed the plugin to complete the intallation in firefox.

https://forums.mageia.org/en/viewtopic.php?f=34&t=880 wrote:-- how to check plugin version in browser --
for Firefox, enter about:plugins in adress bar, you should see an entry for Shockwave Flash,
the filename should say libflashplayer.so, you can also see the version and supported MIME types
At http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/plugincheck/ you can check for firefox ifyou have the latest version of the plugin,
this is important as there are often security-realted bugs for the Adobe Flashplayer plugin because it's so widespread

All urpmi/urpme/urpmf commands should be run as root. I suspect you weren't - that's what it does when you're not.

That's only partially true: urpmi and urpme requires root access but urpmq and urpmf commands can be run with user permissions.
