From that partial list it looks like things are correctly configured so you should be seeing hal in a search unless MIRRORLIST is connecting you to a bad mirror.

Hi there.
i have used mageia from its first version.
All the update i have done by making live bootable usb in windows.
I could not make it in the linux system.
Now i could make it in linux.

Uhmm, that's actually quite useless. You create a filesystem, but you overwrite it with the filesystem contained in the installation image directly afterwards.
Directly write the installation image to your pendrive: https://wiki.mageia.org/en/Installation ... B_stick.3F
Above wiki page also has some recommendations on windows tools to write the image to a pendrive.
