Firefox crashes alot

Firefox crashes alot

Today I installed Mageia 2. I really love it. I am only having one big problem with it. Firefox (I have no idea why it's only Firefox 10) is constantly crashing on me. Can you guys help me with this????? It's really irritating me!!!! :evil: :evil: :evil:

Run it from a terminal and post the error messages if any when it crashes.

I put on Youtube, and it crashed again (of course, for the 100th time) and this is what was in the terminal:

[raven@localhost ~]$ firefox
Failed to open VDPAU backend libvdpau_nvidia.so: cannot open shared object f No such file or directory
Segmentation fault
[raven@localhost ~]$

Really strange....especially since I use ATI, not NVIDIA!!!!

It is your Flash player trying to use GPU acceleration.
Do you have a ~/mm.cfg file, or an /etc/adobe/mms.cfg file?
You do not need either for Flash to work, but if there are options in those files flash will obey them.
