Same lazyness here today: I took a pizza out of the freezer and put it in the oven. It seems ages ago that I spent hours on preparing a special "real" meal

Not sure what to call this. I started out by making home fries, then threw in half a kilo of lean ground chuck.
I suppose that to do this properly I should have roasted the potatoes a little in the oven, to give them that crispness before adding the meat, but I really didn't have the patience. Was tasty anyway.
