Kwin 5

I have problem with lxqt with kwin 5 installed packages kwin systemsettings oxygen but something is missing as plasma 5 settings panel don't show nothing.
To add kwin window decoration and effects configuration need systemsettings installed and working.

Well systemsettings5 expects more parts of a plasma5 session, like kded5 and an existing ksycoca5.
But that's not an issue with kwin ... so I don't get your point.
And FWIW lxqt so far only supports kwin not kwin5.

Lxqt have full support to kwin 5 take a look that manjaro linux wiki page.
Systemsettings is to change those effects settings and add window decoration as it cannot changed without settings panel.

Then report a bug against systemsettings5 if it doesn't run after installation.

I'd simply install task-lxqt so to get classic kwin, but do whatever you want.

I can use xcompmgr with openbox but it have shadow bug,it's already fixed by compton that's why they suggest to use it by default lxqt devs.
