After kipi-plugin update,I can't find plugin in gwenview

I find the reason.Must update kde to 4.6.5

But why kde4.6.5 in test,but update the kpi-plugin

because we fix the problem after pushing initial kde 4.6.5 in testing.
the kipi-plugin fix however get to updates before the KDE SC 4.6.5
