latest desktop kernel on mga3

Are there newer desktop kernel rpms that are ready to install on mageia 3 86_64 later than 3.8x? If they exist, where do I download from and how do I install?

3.10.16 is in core-updates-testing and is at present undergoing QA. It will be made available as an official update as soon as QA have completed their testing and validated the update:
