Floppy-drive-like device

Postby mackowiakp » May 24th, '13, 13:19

Very small problem. I use multi port device (for different mem cards etc) installed instead floppy, on the floppy interface. System after log-in to particular user, shows pop-up menu with menu of floppy drive presence with available capacity o MB.
How can I disable showing the floppy-like device menu after log-in?

If I understand correctly you have a card reader plugged into a USB port. KDE sees the device and notifies you of it's capacity. Look at Application and System Notifications in System Settings to see if you can do what you want. I assume you don't want to disconnect the device and only connect it when you need it.
