Security-Enhanced Linux

this is my first topic
good afternoon Mageia community

I'm having a great job to be able to install SELinux on Mageia

someone please help me

I installed the following packages but ............

[root @ localhost acpica] # urpmi selinux it
Package libselinux1-2.0.78-3.mga1.i586, lib64selinux1-2.0.78-3.mga1.x86_64 are already installed
[root @ localhost acpica] #

I'm just showing that they are installed!

but I do not think that's it!!

I think I have to install the kernel selinux

I downloaded here

http://www.nsa.gov/research/selinux/index.shtml

as I will install the same?

I just find how to install kernel in Debian, etc. ........

these are the files SELinux kernel

[root@localhost linux-3.5.5]# d
arch/ Documentation/ init/ lib/ README sound/
block/ drivers/ ipc/ MAINTAINERS REPORTING-BUGS tools/
COPYING firmware/ Kbuild Makefile samples/ usr/
CREDITS fs/ Kconfig* mm/ scripts/ virt/
crypto/ include/ kernel/ net/ security/
[root@localhost linux-3.5.5]# ^C
[root@localhost linux-3.5.5]#

can anyone tell me what I have to have installed on my mageia to run SELinux? and some tips on how to install this kernel?

i don't recommend you SELinux, the NSA have nothing to do with Open-Source systems...
if you want to install it any way you have add selinux package and enable it on the boot files
you don't need to replace the kernel

have a look at my post
