It's not available for Mageia 1 currently, as it had been accidentally pushed to backports, which are not opened yet, and his been removed since.
You can watch https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1825 for progress on that one.
Cauldron is not for the faint of heart!

This is an important component for OpenShot
which I use extensively in Mageia 1. Cauldron,
Mageia 2, successfully uses OpenShot 1.4 and
does in fact successfully installs frei0r.

If you load up Mint 12 you'll get a good
experience with a released Distro, OpenShot
1.4 and frei0r.
