Code: Select all
dracut Warning: Could not boot.
dracut Warning: /dev/disk/by-uuid/29A2-513B does not exist
……
……
Dropping to debug shell.

I lost my FAT32 EFI disk partition. I know how to install grub2-efi boot, but I do not know how to solve the problem above.
I have my favorite Mageia Live USB disk in hand.

Thanks in advance.

How did you "lose" your EFI partition in particular?

What you would need to do is boot via another media, chroot to your Mageia installation and recreate your initrd via dracut. See e.g. https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/chroot#Using_chroot on how to setup the chroot.

Done!

I am sorry. My “lost” means my EFI partition was disappeared (just like accidently deleted). It was a weird accident, not easy to explain.

Though your answer is not in detail, but it is crucial. I have done it successfully.

Thank you! I love you! :D
