Hi and welcome to Mageia albert777!!!

The latest versions of the NVIDIA proprietary driver is available in the "Nonfree" online repository.
And that means you have to check whether your repositories are properly configured, which they should when you had chosen to add "Full set of sources".

In short the installation is one-way-go.

In Mageia's Control Centre (MCC) go to "Hardware"->"Set up the graphical server".
Choose your graphic-/video card in the pull-down-menu, then comes the question "There is a proprietary driver for your card available, do you want to install it", and it will let you install the proprietary driver. It will download the latest driver appropriate for your graphic-/video card. After testing you need to reboot the computer.

Instead of going through MCC, one can also choose to run drakx11, remember you have to execute this command as root.

I have already configured "nonfree" but drakx11 not ask such questions.

You need to enable the nonfree_updates_testing repository to geta working nvidia96xx driver.
Please see https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1106#c14 for more information on using that driver.

Short explanation: At the time Mageia 1 was released, nvidia did not provide a nvidia96xx driver
version which was compatible with Xorg xserver 1.10, so this driver was disabled. Now this driver
is available, was updated, but was not pushed yet to nonfree_updates.

- reminds me to ask why it has not been pushed yet -

I have everything configured as described, but drakx11 still does not inform about the possibility of installing the drivers from nvidia. In management software can see 96.43.18 2.mga1 and 96.43.20 1.1.mga1.nonfree. Installing these packages does not help.

You followed the instructions from that bugreport:
Test cases:
- Install dkms-nvidia96xx. With the old release, it doesn't build, with the new
one, it does.
- Install x11-driver-video-nvidia96xx and set the system to use it by following
README.manual-setup instructions
. With the old release, X.org server fails to
start, with the new one it does.

Said readme you can find under /usr/share/doc/x11-driver-video-nvidia96xx/README.manual-setup in the package x11-driver-video-nvidia96xx-96.43.20-1.1.mga1

As you can see from the bugreport, you have to configure it manually, for drakx11 the driver detection for nvidia96xx is still disabled,
you don't need to try that at all, it won't offer you that driver. Sorry if the otherwise correct information from isadora mislead you there.
