What actually is a "boot issue on KDE".

Also for the issue with the bootloader, you should provide some more context information on where your Ubuntu and Mageia bootloaders are located, and show the actual bootloader entries.
On a related note, kernel 5.9.12-050912-generic is definitely not a Mageia boot entry, that is a Ubuntu kernel. No wonder booting Mageia properly doesn't work with that.

Mixing kernels across distros is bound to cause problems.

Just a guess, and I am sure OP will enlighten us, but I suspect that "boot issue on KDE" means that KDE is not starting, giving either a blank (black) screen or perhaps a blank screen with a mouse pointer. If this is the case, then most probably the issue is a video driver issue (I've seen it many times...). Thus, reinstalling KDE won't fix the problem.

If "boot issue on KDE" means that some sort of colored screen does appear, along with (perhaps) an error message in a message box, then it is more likely there is a corrupted config file in the user's directory (I don't recall exactly... .config? .kde4? ...I think it is .kde4). In this case, blowing off the config directory and starting over will likely solve the problem.

Its go back to login screen so i think its must be issue wit loginscreen or other kde issue, i can use gnome without issue so i did not think its grapic issue but i know have issue with it before.

About update-grub how can i verfy its correct none issue? because old kernel boot but 5.10 give black blinking _ i guess is some config?

Make sure task-kde is installed (, so you are sure to have all parts needed )
Define a new user, and log in as that to KDE (guaranteed fresh desktop configuration)
