evolution synchronisation?

Is there a currently working method(s) to synchronise evolution calendars, hosted on users individual PC's, between 2 PC's in a simple network? I've read about opensync but my outside impression is that it seems to be developing at a glacial pace without an evolution plugin yet for the much-awaited 0.4 version. Its Multisync predecessor seems unsupported since 2004.
