This issue can be fixed in the file /usr/share/polkit-1/actions/org.mageia.drakconf.policy.
Change the row
<allow_any>no</allow_any>
to
<allow_any>auth_admin_keep</allow_any>

This should be the default setting in Mageia 5.

Feel free to create a bug report for that to let KDE maintainers know.
