Stellarium causing reboot

Morning
have a small problem with Stellerium .
when I exit or when I select an object and rotate the view to it the program either causes a log out to gui log or terminal .

any ideas?

Have you tried without desktop effects?

no tried that - on mandriva had no problems even with compiz

I had the reboot problems with Stellarium and can confirm that disabling Desktop Effects cures the problem, however the reboot problems only seem to happen when I'm running Stellarium in it's full screen mode (F11). If I don't enable the full screen mode (F11) in the pop-up menu at the bottom of the Stellarium screen, I do not have any problems even with Desktop Effects enabled. I can still Maximise the window using the normal window control with no problems.
