I am replacing my AMD A8-5500 APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics PC with a Hard Disk by with a AMD Ryzen 7 5700 Eight Core CPU (3.7GHz-4.6GHz/20MB CACHE/AM4) and a NVMe PCIe SSD PC. Which would be the easiest way to transfer the complete system from HDD to NVMe?

Rescuezilla. It's a graphical interface with Clonezilla. Backup, restore, and clone drives.
https://rescuezilla.com/Or just backup your data in /home to an external, then do a fresh install. Then restore your data to the new machine.
