Hi, I want to make iso file from my current Mageia installation and install it on other PC.

Per se that's no good idea, as you will create clones if you don't take necessary precautions.
You can use tools like Clonezilla and other imaging/backup software for that general purpose.

what if I use 'draklive'? it is exist on mageia repo.

That's a different use case. It is used to create Mandriva installation media, but normally
you need a local mirror with Mageia package repositories and it is really complicated.
You should take a look at Mondo or Bacula or something the like.
